Thank you for finding my listing for my 1920's Spanish home, CASA LUNA. Casa Luna features architecture & design elements of all the places I have lived in & loved. The collection of Mexican art prevalent in its decor is a reflection of this 100 year old restored 1920s Spanish home. Casa Luna is a niche property for those productions looking for MEXICAN background with the interior in each of the rooms showcasing all the wonderful colors, art and decor I love about Mexico. Casa Luna is a lived in and very loved home and personal belongings are in closets and drawers so please know that it is not a "location set," but I am delighted to have had it chosen for numerous small and major productions for nine years. Does my basic pricing structure work with your budget? Please note that I pay Giggster 19% for bringing us together. You will pay Giggster a processing fee. My pricing is much LOWER than comparable locations so there is no room for negotiation. But, I do offer a 25% DISCOUNT for bookings that are 3 or more days. I appreciate your understanding that this is a business and I am unable to work with any production- regardless of how wonderful it may be- if you are unable to pay for your location. So, Please review this listing for details on pricing and house rules before contacting me so you can make sure Casa Luna is the right fit for your production. Students, I am happy you are working in this exciting industry, but I must limit the number of student films each year and I do not offer student discounts. Please provide me with information on your production when you contact me with your interest. Please don't ask me to call you to discuss your project. That is considered going off site and please remain professional and let's keep all of our communication here. A booking through Giggster includes a professional and binding contract to protect both owner and production and it's extremely beneficial to have. No other site offers this. Giggster offers a Protection Package for renters. At booking check-out you will be offered 3 types of damage protection packages to choose from. YOU MUST CHOOSE ONE OF THESE DAMAGE PROTECTION PLANS TO BOOK CASA LUNA. This is a great benefit for you because my usual security deposit is 1/2 of the booking amount. Your booking also requires a $150. professional cleaning/disinfecting fee. Casa Luna will be cleaned the day prior to your arrival. Dates are limited. Advance notice much preferred for having your dates available. The calendar is not always up to date so PLEASE INQUIRE about your preferred dates! Complimentary 20 minute Scout for 4 people max Captivating CASA LUNA is close to Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl and JPL. Casa Luna is located in historical Jane's Village in NW Altadena.
