Our 1,888 sq. ft. home has 3 full bedrooms, 1 hybrid bedroom with trundle beds, 2 full bathrooms, den stocked with games, foosball/ pool table, couch + pull out bed, working stations, and an open main living space. Outdoor space includes seating, fire pit & grill. The space This home has hints of its original mid-century charm mixed with California costal touches. It is filled with all that you need to enjoy your stay. - Floors were updated Jan 2025 uncovering the original hardwood floors and adding LVP in the addition - The outdoor space has outdoor dining table, griddle, seating and fire pit + covered area with string lights to enjoy the San Diego nights. - Board games included in den plus multi-game table: pool, foosball, slide hockey + outdoor games such as bowling & & corn hole - Den is equipped with a double pullout sofa bed and linens if needed during stay -Den closets have: beach chairs, child high chair, and kids play pin - High-speed Wifi - Smart TVs setup with Netflix.
