Close to Calhoun, Ellijay, and Jasper, and are about 30 miles from I-75.; The home is in Talking Rock Creek Resort which includes many amenities, such as swimming pools, tennis court, gym, fishing ponds, picnic areas and nature trails.; Newly remodeled with LVT flooring, new appliances, renovated kitchen and updated plumbing, electrical and HVAC.; The home features three bedrooms, two full baths, a large kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious living and dining areas and a beautiful deck with views of the woods and mountains in the distance.; There is another home on the same lot but there is plenty of parking for both.
