Welcome to our amazing and welcoming property, home of the nicest listings in the North Penn area, where we've "Nailed It!" and "Nailed it down!" as short-term rentals hosts since 2014 and now have chosen to list them and our "park-like" backyard on Giggster! We have 3 different rental options for you as shown in the photos. 1. 2nd Floor 2-bedroom Carriage House apartment 2. Basement Studio with spa shower and gym 3. Beautiful yarden (yard + garden) measuring approx. 1/3 acre We also include pix of the overall property, incl. a plot plan and old (2015) Google map record and pictures of our home, which we are not renting at this time. Hourly rates posted all for ALL 3 spaces, but All spaces are also available to rent separately, just send a message to discuss and determine your needs. We are situated in a private suburban setting across from woods on a dead-end street (with NO thru-traffic) in a quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient driveway parking. We have now combined our 2 rental spaces, which include a shared approx. 1/3 acre "park-like" back yard for you, which includes: A 2nd Floor, "As Above" 2 bedroom Carriage House apartment and our newer ... Basement Studio, "So Below" with steam shower/spa bathroom, pool/ping pong tables and a universal gym! Our listings are situated at our home in a private suburban setting across from woods on a dead-end street (with NO thru-traffic) in a quiet and safe neighborhood with convenient driveway and on-street parking. Our 680 sq. ft. STYLISH furnished 2 bedroom apartment has fresh, cheerful, colorful, pleasant and UPLIFTING decor, lots of HYGGE and personality (not like a generic and uninspiring hotel/motel room ... or bland/boring HGTV-style decor) and SOUL! No bare walls here ... And our 600 sq. ft. basement studio's private entry is through our large open backyard, which measures approx. 17,000 sq ft (~1/3 acre). Renters are welcome to use our covered brick patio and 300 sq. ft. brick patio with pergola as well. Please Note: At present, we do not have an area dedicated to hair styling and makeup application, but once we get our first booking, we plan to use/convert an area on the ground/garage level of our detached garage/carriage house into a small hair/makeup area.
