About the Space

This is the largest Rock and Gem Shop in Canada. They are isles and isles of glass cabinets and shelves filled with mineral and Fossil specimens. The location has crystals and fossils larger than humans and small crystals for kids. The main retail area loaded with rocks is 3300 sq ft with two entrances and full glass windows. There is a 200 sq ft storage room with small scale racking and boxes of rock. A 200 sq ft UV Light room with fluorescent mineral specimens. There is a 1000 sq foot machine shop with Nish gem cutting and smithing machines & tools. Lastly, there is the shipping and receiving area filled with packing tables and boxes, a small landing upstairs and pallets with boxes of rock and general storage. This area has a garage door and loading dock.

    This was a great location for our micro-budget film. Adam, the host, was very easy to work with and really went the extra mile in making sure we were able to get everything we needed. Lighting was good, space was very clean, no background noise, etc. Would highly recommend this location if you're looking for something interesting and unique.
