Hi, I am Pepito! I am renting out my house for filming, photoshoot and private meetings. My house is approximately 2000 sq ft and the lot is 13,068 sq ft. Inside part of the house can only accommodate of up to 20 people with 4 hours minimum rental. Good set up for kitchen or food and product photography. For photography, the camera area can fit a maximum of up to 8 people only. for meetings, it can fit up to 20 people.
