About the Space
This is a brand new listing in a newly built condo near Hartsfield Jackson Airport. It’s hosted by a Grammy voting musician turned software engineer for one of the largest record labels in the world. You will have access to a 75 inch Frame TV that will display art or whatever you would like, there is high speed internet with fast upload and download speeds, a second TV at 65 inches upstairs, a podcast microphone by Blue Yeti, studio headphones, Sonos speaker, washer and dryer, kitchen and large shower. There’s are many computers and can work with you to get the right setup and operating system for you to work with, both Windows and Mac are available. The condo is nestled in a private, gated community surrounded by trees and has ample sound proofing to handle volume without being disturbed by any outside sound. The entire first floor of the condo can be used, the second story and deck can be used as requested, as well. There are 3 nesting tables for use downstairs and a large acacia desk upstairs. Street parking is ample, usually completely empty and always available.
