California Spanish Home on a Palm Lined Street

About the Space

Our house is a 1937 Spanish with all the modern amenities and style of a full renovation we did in 2014. It's nestled in the flats of Bronson Canyon below the hills of Griffith Park. Our street is flanked by towering palm trees that have been here for more than 50 years. We have a beautifully tiled Spanish courtyard off the kitchen for al fresco dining. There's a cozy banquette area around an outdoor firepit. The upper level of our backyard features a flat grassy yard and a beautiful pool, a large outdoor deck as well as colorful raised garden boxes. The view from here is stunning, not only of the palms that line the streets, but also of the iconic Hollywood sign. Upstairs we have 3 large, stylish bedrooms with en suite baths, and an office. Downstairs we have a den with French doors, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a dining room with a bifold door to the patio. Our kitchen is very bright and airy, with a Wolf range and a SubZero fridge with a glass door. Our street has ample parking and sidewalks. We are a non-smoking home and we have one small, short-haired dog.
