About the Space

Beautiful contemporary house with mid-century design influence and lots of natural light. The main house features an open floorplan with a large kitchen with vaulted ceiling and sunken living room. Main living space has two very large sliding glass doors that open up to the well manicured backyard with pool, 2x eating areas, garden/vegetable garden, 2x, seating areas. There is also a wide entry way that leads into the main living space. The house also features 2x bedrooms, a wood paneled den/office, and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms does not have a bed and furniture can easily be moved out so you can dress as desired (office, kids room, etc). There is a large porch with wood detailing that creates beautiful shadows at certain times of the day. There is a second structure that is a multi use studio. This can be used to film in, or for production/hairmakeup/video village. Please reach out with specific shoot needs for a custom quote.
