In addition, this location has a wide variety of home good props that can be rented for a flat fee in the add-on section. The backyard is a charming mediterranean oasis. Wandering stone paths are framed by lush olive trees and willowy fountain grass all enclosed by 10ft tall ficas on all sides of the property. A 350 sqft studio space with 7ft tall bi-folding doors that open end to end, is a blank canvas. Possibilities are endless for productions looking for a clean space for custom build outs. It also works as a perfect space for craft services and holding area. The available areas for use are: Front of house, driveway, living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, office, backyard and outdoor studio. The main and primary guest rooms are not included.
