Hi there! Thank you for visiting our profile listing! This home is perfect for music videos, photoshoots, filming & all production needs. There is huge open floors plans with plenty of space for shots at different angles and wonderful natural lighting, which of course, if is not needed, can be covered easily. The home is one story, (no up stairs and no basement). It is super easy to get it, right off a main street, in a nice neighborhood. We have free parking spots in front of the home, and more cars able to park inside the car port from the alley, which makes hauling a piece of cake. One of our main unique features we have is our pool deck. Most pool shots being available in summer time, makes our home stand out due to the fact that in Northridge we have sunny clear weather about most of the year. There is 360 degree access all around the pool making even a continuous shots super easy with a talent in the pool. With the pool deck, home itself, and large front yard as well, we can accomodate large and small shoots, the most at capacity would be 150 persons. As well as permission needed from FILM LA. We would need liability insurance with the owner listed as additional insured.
