Built in 1937, this rustic compound combines beautiful old Spanish architecture with a clean airy feel and was recently featured in Domino Magazine, and Anthropologie. Set in the middle of nature, above the Lake Hollywood Reservoir, every room opens out to lush gardens and stunning views. Beamed ceilings, hardwood and concrete floors, vintage barn siding and antique hardware, make this home the perfect natural beauty. Multiple decks and outdoor areas, each romantic and distinctive in their own right, makes Wonder View feel more like a retreat than anything else. The main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. Guest house is located down below with an additional two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and bath. Located on the outside kitchen courtyard is an original Old Hollywood bungalow currently in use as a man’s study with a separate laundry room. Tons of beautiful interior textures with windows and French doors looking out to views in every direction, this home draws you to the outdoors. It is the perfect California hideaway! Minimum Daily Rate is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
