Located on 6 acres of gated serene luscious landscape on an 80 year old equestrian ranch that features: - 16 new state of the art pickleball courts with high quality lighting - 0,000 sq feet of lawn surrounded by remodeled old world barns. - 6.5 acres of open space. In addition to our 16 courts, our upper pad features covered viewing areas with designer outdoor furnishings, drought tolerant landscaping and an outdoor gym with shade sail covers and state of the art fitness equipment by BeaverFit Downstairs is our modern farmhouse lower pad which includes tastefully remodeled retail store accompanied by our grab and go-cafe, outdoor cafe tables, and a converted horse trailer coffee cart. There is also an outdoor communal area with designer Adirondack chairs and fire pits, custom iron arch with lights and mature trees and a vintage oak communal table. Our "Great Lawn" is our lower pads hidden treasure. The landscape include a variety of new trees and flowers carefully selected to match with the existing mature cypress and eucalyptus trees throughout the property. This paired with the rustic gravel ground cover, old world fountains and potted plants make this the perfect place to gather and relax after a game of pickleball.
