About the Space

We have three main spaces in our building. Our cafe has a full coffee bar and seating for 18 people. Our Community Room ($100/hr) is a large, multipurpose space with cafe string lights and a distinct, checkered floor. It can accommodate up to 60 people with theatre-style seating, 45 people around tables, or have the furniture set aside for an open space. It has a projector and screen, and sound system with 2 bluetooth microphones. One wall has mirrors, for dance-related rentals. This room is a great space for parties, baby or bridal showers, meetings, dance classes, workshops and more. Our Lounge ($50/hr) is perfect for small or medium groups. Our flexible furniture can be arranged in various layouts. It can accommodate up to 40 people with theatre-style seating, 24 people around tables, or have the furniture set aside for an open space. It has a projector and screen, and a bluetooth speaker. One wall has mirrors, for dance-related rentals. Our Cafe space may also be rented for filming at select times upon request. Pricing may vary from listed depending on time and length of rental and specific needs for your event. Please take note of the following policies. There may be no: -Use of tape, nails, or any other fixtures on any surfaces, walls or windows that could leave residue or damage (only painter’s tape or command hooks) -Open flames (including candles or sternos for catering trays) -Leaving exterior doors propped open -Accessing or taking furniture or supplies from other rooms in the building -Illegal activities, smoking/vaping, or weapons Also, please remember: -The sound system is for ambient background music only (loud music for dancing or performances requires your own equipment). -To remove all personal belongings, including decor as well as clean up after yourself, prior to departure.
