About the Space

This classic Brooklyn corner space offers 920 sq ft at ground level with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall on one side and one very large window on another, giving way to light beams at all hours of the day. A portable 9ft photo backdrop is located in the back of the space, nearby to a dressing room and bathroom. Various curtain options for lighting and privacy make this space truly versatile. Please communicate at least one hour in advance if you need more time. 🜃 Cleaning Fee For hourly or half-day bookings, the cleaning fee is included in your rate. Full day bookings have an additional cleaning fee of $100. We expect the space is mostly left as found, with any garbage being properly disposed of and items returned to their original location. 🜄 About Us We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings. Our spaces have also been a successful backdrop for countless photoshoots and films. We have hosted 600+ bookings since opening in 2021.
