Once a Gallery, this unique corner space tucked away from time and the bustle of East Williamsburg is a dreamscape for creatives and makers of all kinds. Location is right across the street from the Subway entrance, L train. The neighborhood is called East Williamsburg but is on the edge of Bushwick. Famous restaurants like Roberta's pizza right around the corner. The space versatility is great for several purposes, from an intimate gathering, retail pop up, art gallery, photoshoots, movement class, trunk shows, sound healing meditation, workshops, and anything more one might imagine. The 400 sq. ft main floor has two large walls and 2 large window walls. The space is facing the street and is an elevated ground floor, with a very easy access and visibility from the sidewalk. , inviting passersby to wander in, or guests to flow freely in and out. Movie set ideal, since the lighting reflectors can be place from the outside the space to create a perfect Film scenario, leaving the whole space free just for the set. Across the street is the Subway entrance which is very charming and can also be used for outdoor content on movie sets and photoshoots. High ceiling 13 feet with the original metal layout, that transports you to the past. Bluetooth Sound System: there is a Como Solo system, with great quality sound, special for the size of the space.
