Our home is a 1926 two story 3600 square foot house with the property sized at 7700 sq. ft. Exterior has a Spanish Moss colored smooth textured stucco. Exists on a street that ends with the LA River and a view of Forest Lawn Cemetery. Film friendly neighbors.
An audio system covers the whole house interior as well as the entire backyard. House has 3 entrances with a front door, side door, and back patio door.
First floor of house has an elongated floor-to-ceiling windowed living room, wood burning brick fireplace with mantel and includes a 1924 6' ebony Model L Steinway piano. Another front room is set up as an office with a swing door to the kitchen. The well-lit tiled kitchen has a subzero fridge, Thermador oven, trash compactor and dishwasher. Fourth wall of kitchen is open to the dining room which has an open pantry with sliding door. A granite counter exists with counter stools between the kitchen and the dining room. Open floor plan exists from the kitchen to the backyard. Flooring throughout house is Brazilian cherry wood. Family room has stone corner wood burning/gas fireplace with 65" plasma above the mantel. 8' sliding door and side entrance door is from the family room.
A guest bathroom exists on the first floor as well as a small laundry area with laundry chute. Back bedroom has views of Hollywood Hills and swimming pool with a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom to the guest bedroom. Third bedroom has 'secret door' entrance and full bathroom.
An open 42" wide stairwell with underneath closet takes you to the 2nd floor. The second floor has an open closet. Large master bedroom has an 11' ceiling with window view of Hollywood Hills and 8' sliding door with balcony and views of Hollywood hills and entire back yard. There is a corner gas built-into-the-wall fireplace with a 55" plasma above. All flooring of master bedroom is Brazilian cherry wood. Off the open closet is a small 100 sq. ft. office that overlooks the backyard. The master bathroom has a double sink, 32" television, spa jacuzzi bathtub and glass enclosed shower. Flooring throughout the bathroom is Mediterranean Travertine. Fold down stair access to flat roof and attic is from master bedroom.
The exterior of the property is fully covered with surveillance camera's, wifi, audio, and landscape lighting. There is a home alarm system covering the windows, exterior doors and interior motion detectors. A 15' wide driveway with in-ground basketball hoops are located front/side of house. Multiple olive trees surround the house with ivy covered 8' perimeter walls. Party lights surround the perimeter of the house along the walls as well as flood lights from the house light up the entire back yard. All lights, audio, wifi, camera's and pool, alarm controlled from a cell phone.
From the back sliding doors, there is a large patio topped with astroturf which can be covered with a retractable canvas awning. Between the patio and the garage there is an open 400 sq. ft. Atlantic shell tiled space with an outdoor movie screen built into the side wall with the Hollywood Hills as the backdrop. A 5' depth in-ground underwater multi-color LED lit pool and spa with blue ocean colored finish and waterfall is also included in backyard.
The 400 sq. ft. garage is used for storage/custom made work benches on the first floor and music room with drum set, guitars, electric piano, tv and mixing board on 2nd floor. An accessible alley runs along the back yard with gate entrance.
