About the Space
1800 sq ft of open space to use for any creativity! Perfect for release events / interviews and other video productions. Also great for a training session, podcast, short/indie film screenings. An HD projector is available to premiere any videos or films you want to share with your audience. Includes a “Black&White” art gallery style foyer with space for 5 pieces to hang on the walls. includes a large ADA bathroom with mirror to use as dressing room as well. Natural light comes in from the sunlights but to create the screening room we’ve created an area to optimize for sound. There also long track lights across the ceiling for evening events.
