About the Space

We have two production offices available that are fully furnished. We are located in West Burbank, right across the street from Champ's Burgers and 2 minutes away from Porto's. The spaces have hardwood floors, great lighting, dedicated restroom, internet and utilities are free, two parking spaces (tandem), wall-mounted TV in one of the offices, lounge area with futon, wall-mounted TV, refrigerator and microwave. The space is shared with our production space that is used for photography and short form video content production that has a grid with lights setup, a green screen setup and backdrop, high walls and additional backdrops. Great space! Plenty of free street parking.
