About the Space

This property is located at the base of Mt. San Jacinto on the edge of the desert 14 minutes west of Palm Springs. The house is a new build set in a century old olive grove with 42 fruit bearing trees. We are surrounded on 3 sides by BLM (govt) land. The area can become extremely windy at times.
