Venue details below. Meetings: $95 per hour weekday / $110 weekend. Production: $120 per hour weekday/$140 weekends. One-bedroom apartment annex of a landmarked Victorian home, solar powered. Brick front, added (we think) in the 1970s as a dentist's office. Converted to an apartment that is also used as an air bnb. 5 GB Fios Wifi and also ethernet (wired internet) jacks (cables provided). Walk up five steps to a wide porch. Enter via the living room/kitchenette. Hardwood floor, and set of three double hung windows (middle one faux: actually a picture windows) that let in a lot of morning light. Fully functional appliances (microwave, induction burner stovetop, dishwasher, sink, mini fridge, toaster). Coffee maker and kettle. Then enter the bedroom, suitable as a dressing room or as a shoot space. Hardwood floor, and large casement window with view of porch. Wood dresser with pull-out rod for hanging clothing. Interior has a rod for shorter items, cabinet and drawers. And finally enter the bedroom. Double sink on right. Tile floor with heater. Full shower and bath. Vanity with clothes steamer, hairdryer. A push button (safety lock) is at the right of the bed. While locking this is optional, keep the door closed at all times. It leads to the main house, which is a restricted area. Exit and enter the unit only from the outside door to the porch.
