Two floor classic Brooklyn brownstone apartment with many original features and details intact, tastefully modernized, with a hint of the artist/designer owner's personality bringing it together. The space is particularly well suited to still photography and small film/video shoots because each room is a work of art. It also has a very well appointed kitchen and an attached "classroom"/activity space with a large table, perfect for cooking demos and small dining gatherings. Pricing will vary depending on how many rooms will be used, but we are happy to discuss because we want your shoot to succeed. Production Insurance will be required.
