The space is on the third floor of a building with a few other offices. Even during peak business hours the floor is usually silent and there's next to no foot traffic. There's a large freight elevator available at all times that opens up right next to the space. There is also a shared kitchen next to the space. You will have access to the entire space when booking which includes MANY different setups (and the flexibility to rearrange and move ANYTHING you want).
