Welcome to our Zen Loft, an Oasis of Creativity Ideal for Boutique Daylight Film Productions and Photo Shoots. Nestled between the charm of Brownstone Brooklyn and the innovation hub of the Brooklyn Navy Yard, with close proximity to Steiner Studios, this space offers style and convenience. As the more intimate of our two lofts in Fort Greene, the Zen Loft provides a serene setting for shoots accommodating up to 25 people. Whether rented alone or in conjunction with our Greene Loft (link below), it's perfect for smaller productions or as a holding space when utilizing our larger facility. ___________________________________________________________ FEATURES: • 1750 sq ft Loft Space • Furnished set, perfect for interviews, editorial shoots, & apartment scenes. Our dedicated team diligently ensures that every aspect of your production experience exceeds expectations. Please be aware that our third party pricing reflects an 15% markup to cover this platforms booking fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate reduced time minimums or negotiate rates on this platform. Our 8-hour minimum requirement is firm.
