During filming, the host and family will remain upstairs; however, one fully furnished upstairs bedroom (with bed, desk, and decor), along with the staircase and upper hallway, is available for filming. Outdoor areas include a private backyard with a pool and spa, as well as a well-maintained front yard featuring grass, landscaping, and decorative elements visible in the photos—ideal for exterior scenes, lifestyle shots, or relaxed residential setups. The backyard is equipped with a standing gas heater and an additional table-style gas heater, making the space usable during cooler conditions. A dedicated portable generator is available on-site to support production power needs if required. The property is located on a very quiet residential street with ample street parking, including space suitable for production trucks and trailers, making load-in and load-out simple and efficient. For productions booking more than four days, special discounted rates are available.
