Bright Three-Room Therapy Office Suite in Midtown Manhattan

About the Space

This furnished three-office suite is on the 15th floor of a Midtown Manhattan building. Originally designed for psychotherapy, it offers a realistic setting for office or therapy scenes, seated interviews, portraits, and small productions. Each office has large windows, high ceilings, a sofa, upholstered chairs, a small desk, and an area rug. The rooms have distinct layouts, giving a production several settings within one booking. The entire suite is available, including a waiting area and kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. The building has three passenger elevators and lobby security. The suite has keypad entry, individual office air conditioning, and visitor buzzers. Weekend availability makes it suitable for shoots that need exclusive use of all three offices. Please describe your planned activity, crew size, and equipment when inquiring. The space does not include production or recording equipment.
