Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time may forfeit their booking time without refund. Please include set-up and tear-down within your booking hours. The space must be returned to its original condition by the end of your session. Footwear notice: Please wear non-marking shoes, as some hard-soled dress shoes can scuff the floors. If marking footwear is necessary for your project, tape is available to cover shoe bottoms. Accessibility note: The studio is located on 5th floor, so please plan your load-in accordingly.
