I was received warmly, check in was quick and complete with a walk through of the house rules and a tour of the space. I asked about using some grip clips and was provided with them at no additional cost. Would for sure rent again!

Bright, spacious, and centrally-located studio for independent photographers and videographers at affordable rates. Fully equipped for all your photography and video production needs. 600 sq. ft. 11ft ceilings. Polished concrete floors. Plenty of outdoor shooting possibilities. Ground floor for convenient load-in. We're conveniently located off of the 405 near John Wayne Airport. A member of the staff will always be available to answer questions. Your hourly rental includes: Designated makeup area Changing area Clothing rack Apple boxes Sand bags Extension cords Black out blinds Folding tables Chairs 50+Parking spots Fan Clean gender-neutral restroom Cleaning supplies Large refrigerator Air conditioning and heating Wide variety of furniture and stools Regarding background paper: please note that we have white and dark gray backgrounds already set up on pulleys on the wall. We also have over 30 other background colors available to choose from for a small roll-changing fee of $12 per roll. Background paper is free from ceiling to the floor. Paper rolled on the ground is charged for, per foot. What you see in the pictures is 7 feet of paper rolled on the ground.
