A clean and well equipped 700+ square foot photography and videography studio/meeting space in the SoMa district of San Francisco. The building is centrally located, easy to reach by bike, car or public transit, and offers easy parking and walkable access to cafes and restaurants. Perfect for your next photo shoot, video production, meeting or workshop. Our studio and the rooftop deck is not wheelchair accessible, as there is no elevator in the building. ** EVENINGS, WEEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS & HIGH DEMAND DATES: Hourly rates may be higher for evenings (after 5pm), weekends, holidays and during major conferences. Giggster does not currently support studio owners listing peak pricing, so please inquire for rates. ***VIDEO TEAMS: We have successfully hosted multiple video teams in our space. The studio sits on the top floor in the back of the building and is relatively quiet. However, it is not a soundproofed space. We are located in a downtown area, and there are other commercial tenants who share the same floor. This means we cannot guarantee that the space will be 100% free from ambient sound. If this is a concern, we recommend you bring some sound dampening material as a precaution.
