Located in an old Portuguese social club - we are activating the space as best we can before the inevitable demolition for condos. The rentable space is on the second floor of a resto-bar offering tons of open space, infrastructure for a satellite bar and multiple rooms that can be used as additional storage, hair/makeup, or green room. Windows are westward facing giving great sunlight during the late afternoons/early evenings.
