About the Space
Bright, open-concept home originally built in 1912 has been renovated to feature both modern and vintage charm. Located in Eagle Rock, this private hideaway has a quaint, cottage feel. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom space includes a large master, remodeled kitchen with island and granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a spacious backyard. There is a driveway for 3 parking spots. For production needs requiring more parking spaces, neighborhood street parking is ample, un-permitted and close to the house. No adult filming, including pornography, is allowed on the premises. No smoking or drug use on the property. COI will be required upon booking. We look forward to hosting your shoot and helping you create outstanding content!
