Bright, open-concept home originally built in 1912 has been renovated to feature both modern and vintage charm. Located in Eagle Rock, this private hideaway has a quaint, cottage feel. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom space includes a large master, remodeled kitchen with island and granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a spacious backyard. There is a driveway for 3 parking spots. For production needs requiring more parking spaces, neighborhood street parking is ample, un-permitted and close to the house. No adult filming allowed.
