Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5-2.0x the hourly rate
Damages to anything in the unit will be billed at as an additional, variable charge based on the cost of repairs
Furniture that is moved around the unit must be put back in it's original place
No glitter or confetti can be used or you will be charged with an additional cleaning fee at 2x the rate of the base fee
Proof of insurance is mandatory for all union projects within the space
It is also up to our discretion to determine whether or not insurance is necessary, based on the project scale
We are not liable for any injury to yourself, your guests, or your property while in the space
Do not use nails, screws, staples, or anything that may put holes in the walls of the unit
No gaffer's tape, duct tape, or gorilla tape is allowed to be used on any surfaces in the space
Painter's tape is required when taping anything to the floor of the unit
Backdrop paper must be reserved prior to your booking reservation or you MUST hire a site manager to install it for you
Take out your trash and recycling to one of the trash rooms in the hallway when your booking is completed
Turn off lights and fans prior to your departure
Close the door behind you and double check to make sure the unit is locked prior to your departure
You will be charged with an additional fee for damages if the unit is not locked
Do not leave any small, metal or sharp objects on the floor or you'll be billed an additional $100 cleaning fee*
*Objects include but are not exclusive to: pins, needles, screws, hair pins, staples, safety pins, and more
There are security cameras in the unit to ensure that any damage to or theft of property within the space is documented.
