We have a beautiful 650 sq ft space available within our artist studio community in East Vancouver 1277 east Pender The space is a bright, open-plan studio space with south-facing windows, abundant natural light, 11 ft ceilings, a private street-level entrance, access to overhead door & loading bay. While it is connected to our larger creative community, it functions as its own independent workspace.
