The main level includes a spacious lounge area with a large sectional, media setup, workstation, kitchen, bathroom, in-unit laundry, balcony, strong natural light, and multiple clean angles for camera setups. The space works well for lifestyle content, podcasts/interviews, product shoots, creator sessions, remote-work scenes, and small team gatherings. Guests have access to the main floor, bathroom, kitchen, balcony, Wi-Fi, AV/media setup, and two tandem garage parking spaces when arranged in advance. The upstairs bedroom/private sleeping area is not included and remains off limits. Host is flexible on uses and scheduling.
