Foot Tall Ceilings - Full Kitchen and Private Bathroom - Blackout Blinds - Access to Free Wifi and Bluetooth Speaker - Client and Makeup Areas In the heart of West Toronto, Lansdowne Lofts is located inside the historical Moloney Electric Co. Building which has now been converted into a stunning loft studio. Our space is the perfect location for any photo production with Ethica Coffee Roasters located just steps away, and C41 Film Labs right down the street. POLICIES No smoking/vaping inside the building No pets or animals without a prior discussion Outside catering and food allowed No alcohol allowed on the premises without a proper permit Use of smoke or haze machines must be discussed in advance Please no filming in the common areas of the building, must be limited to the studio No large parties/raves
