SHELL'S LOFT FORT GREENE: Shell's Loft Fort Greene is a bright, modern, and flexible venue designed to inspire. Our Greene Loft is located on the ground floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, customizable lighting, and a charming private garden. Conveniently located across from the Brooklyn Navy Yard and within walking distance of Steiner Studios, our space is nestled among charming Brooklyn brownstones. Easily accessible for both guests and crews. This is the more spacious option of our two lofts in Fort Greene. The Greene Loft is ideal for weddings, private events, film/photo shoots, and corporate offsites/team retreats. This can be booked alongside our smaller Zen Loft for a multi-room experience. Ask us about renting additional decor and furniture from our exclusive catalog! We offer a curated selection of props stored on-site for your convenience. Please be aware that our third party pricing reflects an 15% markup to cover this platform's booking fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate reduced time minimums or negotiate rates on this platform. Our 10-hour minimum requirement is firm. • We have 2 studios at our Fort Greene location which can be rented individually or together. Our 2nd studio, Zen Loft, can be rented with the Greene Loft for larger shoots. Clients have also used this space for client holding, crafty or talent.
