About the Space
Beautiful modern studio situated in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal with plenty of street parking. Aesthetic entrance with natural light makes for the perfect lifestyle photography and content creation shots. Included, a cyclorama wall and professional lights for quality pictures and a brick wall for rustic and dramatic looks. Three landscapes in one location! With minimalist decor and beautiful natural light, our space can also be used as an event space or pop-up. We have partners to create events or photoshoots that meet our clients' expectations. Please do not hesitate to ask if needed. We are here to help! Our studio is clean and all things inside have been selected with care so we ask our guests to respect our place and replace our furnitures before they leave. Any damages caused during the use of space will result in paying out of pocket to replace the damaged items. Cleaning fee will be charged separately for longer photoshoots, event and pop-up events Cleaning fee: -Photoshoot more than 5 hours $50 -Any events or pop-up $100 *fees are not included in your total cost at check out

I really appreciated how kind and responsive the host was, they were very helpful. The studio is beautiful, with a minimalist and chic design that I totally loved. The pricing is very reasonable, and having air conditioning was definitely a plus. The only things I would have appreciated are a restroom on-site and slightly brighter lighting, but overall, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Great photoshoot session in this nice and very convenient appartment/studio. Various corners, wide windows, facing north, great natural light coming in. Good studio space with cyclo and brick wall giving two different backgrounds to shoot. Highly recommended. Demi is great host, very helpfull.
