About the Space

Bright, colorful, eclectic and minimalist home. I like to say it's an eclectic mix and match of colorful details and plants (15+). Great natural light through east facing windows. To capture with the amazing light I recommend early morning until around 2pm (spring-summer). • Unit on the 6th floor ~ easy street and freight access • 1 double window (living room) ~ east exposure • 1 double window (bedroom) ~ east exposure • 2 single windows (kitchen) ~ 1 east, 1 south exposure • 1 single window (bathroom) ~ east exposure • 8-foot ceilings • Oak wood floors • Wall paneling and moldings • Separate kitchen with dining table • Bathroom with tub/shower • Spacious living and kitchen areas • Wall heater in each room ~ AC unit in living room and bedroom ~ Ceiling fan in kitchen CONDUCT: the space is located in a residential co-op building, you are expected to be quiet and mindful of neighbors at all times, especially when moving in the hallway. If I receive a complaint, your production is liable to be shut down. Any equipment, cart, luggage, needs to come through the freight entrance. SOUND-SENSITIVE PRODUCTIONS: while the space is normally quiet, there might be occasional noises from the neighbors living upstairs. • NO loud music / playing instruments / singing OTHER • Remove shoes • Handle pieces with care and be really careful when eating or drinking • NO glitter / sequins / candles / items that can shed or drip • No gear / loitering in the hallway or fire escape • No smoking anywhere • No fog machines or similar • No pets
