Bright coworking office space w/ pops of color

About the Space

We are located in downtown Portland. Our side of the building was converted to office space, however our lobby is grand and has arched ceilings, original Terrazzo floor and other details. The rest of our space is modern and bright and with lots of white and a pop of color. We are a coworking space geared toward women with lactation room, gym in the basement with a graffiti wall, punching bag, speed bag, weights and massage table. We have 8 meeting rooms ranging in size from 4-14 people. We have bookcases throughout the space organized by color. With all the white in the space we highlight it with a vintage citron couch, or with dark honey-colored throne-like chairs, or a purple sectional. We have huge windows on the corner of 2 streets offering lots of sunlight and a view of people and cars outside. Upstairs we have 60 private offices all slightly different and many of them are surrounded in glass. All are furnished with desks and chairs. The theme of the space is Hive, Worker Bee and Queen Bee so you'll see artwork that hints to that, we also have a wall mural. On the 6th floor we have a big open space that is unconstructed, been demolished, and cleaned out and rough looking with exposed conduit and that sort of thing.
