Flooded with natural light, the open floor plan is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that create a collage of nature and clean lines in every direction you look. In the heart of the home is an open atrium that further pushes the experience of indoor/outdoor living. Tastefully renovated to preserve the original details and vibe of mid century American design, this house represents an idealized vision of what suburban California living was always supposed to be. Other relevant details: Extremely private lot and home. Once guests enter the front doors, they will feel like they've entered their own private sanctuary. Ample extra exterior and interior spaces offer plenty of room for Hair and Makeup, review rooms, cast quarters etc. All property lights are dimmable and/or programmable to offer exceptional lighting control according to desired mood.

Amber and Mitchell are the most amazing hosts and their property is stunning - even better than the photos. They went out of their way to help make our shoot a success. We can't wait to film here again!

Amber & Mitchell were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our entire music video shoot. On top of the fact that it was an overnight shoot, Mitchell stayed nearby almost the entire time to answer questions and offer his help. This was one of the easiest experiences I've had as a producer working with the location owners. Highly recommend - also just a beautiful clean space to work in!
