About the Space

This venue serves as the perfect blank canvas for your creative projects. This single-story 1,300 square foot completely renovated studio is ideal for the creators who already have their own equipment and need a large, bright, empty space to decorate for shoots. The space features crisp white walls, 30 dimmable LED lights, air conditioning, a private, handicapped accessible bathroom and enough space for your crew and equipment. A tripod is available for your use as well. You may play whatever audio you need to in the studio. This is a commercial space with no noise pollution, so you can play whatever audio you need to for production. When the space is not in use as an event venue, it is the ideal spot for a photo or video shoot with a custom backdrop. There are six 60” round tables and two 5’ x 2.5’ rectangular tables inside that can be used to hold food, beverages and equipment. Seating will soon be available, but the host is happy to help set up affordable seat rentals if necessary. If you have an SD card, you may rent the studio’s Nikon D3500 camera for a small fee.
