Welcome to our bright and modern designer home located in Los Angeles. This modern A-Frame home has been featured on the cover of Domino Magazine and seen in content and ads for Joybird furniture, California Closets, Florence by Mills, D.Ra clothing, HoMedics wellness, and more. The recently built home is 2100 square feet and includes a ton of natural light, a beautiful modern kitchen with color-blocked cabinets and open brass shelving, a designer dining room, a breakfast nook, two guest bathrooms with their own unique vibes, two full bathrooms and one powder room all with beautiful tile, an open and airy living room with stunning hillside views and light, and white oak wood flooring throughout. This home makes for a beautiful spot for an off-site meeting, day retreat, or brainstorming workshop. The natural light and incredible views are sure to inspire productivity and new ideas! The home includes a ton of beautiful props that can be incorporated into your shoots. For extra space, there is a laundry room that can be used for prep as well as some paved outdoor space near the home's entrance for catering or extra equipment. Iron and steamer provided. This is a 2-story home with access to the home via exterior stairs making it very private and sits above street level. Our driveway can be use by cars or small vans for loading/unloading production equipment and there is ample street parking in front of the home or on surrounding streets. If you need to secure insurance through Giggster, see here: https://help.giggster.com/en/articles/8444644-giggster-s-production-insurance HOUSE RULES: - No smoking allowed - No adult filming - Pets need to be cleared with us before booking and there is an additional fee. - No loud music to respect the neighbors and neighborhood. - Production or Off-site location only. No parties or events. - Production guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. - No filming or photography outside of our property, in front of any neighbor's houses or in the street, without a permit. - If you have lighting or equipment that needs to stand on the floor, please use your own tennis balls for the stand legs and/or furniture pads beneath them, to protect the hardwood flooring. - No permanent alteration to the space (space must be returned to us in the exact condition it was given). You’re welcome to move any small furniture or decor, but please move it back at the end of your shoot. If any large furniture pieces need to be moved, please ask permission in advance. There are a couple options you may choose from to protect our rugs and flooring... - Remove your shoes in the entryway - Use the booties provided - An End of Day walkthrough is required to ensure everything is in place. Overtime is billed at a rate of 1.5x. If you think you may need additional time, please notify me via text so that I can ensure the space is available.
