This beautifully remodeled bright and cozy Spanish-style home on a quiet residential street features an open floor plan throughout for a modern and spacious aesthetic. Located near the View Park/Inglewood area of Los Angeles, the home interior offers plenty of space to achieve shots with depth. With a sizable garden and patio area out back, you'll find great options for outdoor scenes in a private-feeling green oasis. Cozy meets contemporary in this modern Spanish-style home that will make your next photo or video project pop with warmth and flavor. Spacious living room with Spanish-style wood beam aesthetic. Open kitchen with island providing background depth. Central skylight at the heart of the home. 2 full bathrooms with contemporary Spanish styling. Master bedroom with full bathroom. (2 additional bedrooms are off-limits for shoots.) Home interior artwork is original and cleared for filming use (with one exception). Sizable garden area out back with privacy greenery, vegetation, and fire pit area - also great for filming. Additional standalone structure on the property is available for holding gear or people.
