Our home is a 1,650 square ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with access to an extra mixed use room for an office or a third bedroom. It also features a large grass backyard and side patio. My backyard has already been used for shooting on multiple occasions since it still has grass and has lots of room. House has had over 6 shoots so far. Convenient location to the metro Culver City exit for crew - or many productions will get permits for the Trader Joe's parking lot and shuttle people over. Can also arrange daily permit parking for my street (up to 20-25 a day).
