About the Space
Welcome to our light-filled, designer home located in beautiful, peaceful Pasadena with a large, lush yard. Our space is designed to be bright, warm and modern. We've hosted an array of amazing guests from Peloton, to Domino, to Emily Henderson, to Target, Splendid, Lululemon, and many other fashion, food and home goods brands. Inside you'll find bright whites, great natural light, neutral tones and a warm California bungalow aesthetic. A beautiful modern kitchen with stunning tile work, white oak open shelving and a vaulted ceiling. Open shelving throughout the living room and kitchen make for great styling. The designer dining room is open and sun-filled. The warm and relaxed primary bedroom can be easily styled and transformed to your needs. A second, available bedroom can be used as a dressing room. In addition to a designer interior, we also have a large (6,000 sqft) green and lush, open backyard space. Tall privacy bushes form a green backdrop all around with a large grass area, olive tree and full lemon tree. Our neighborhood is peaceful and serene. Beautiful, neutral outdoor lounge furniture, a large 6-foot table and chairs and fire pit make for a great photo setting and outdoor dining. A large, empty garage sits in backyard that can also be used upon agreement, either for shooting or storage of equipment. We look forward to having you!

Carly and Justin are the BEST. This house is so beautiful to photograph. They are super production friendly and they totally understand how it all works. Really appreciate the amazing communication(from both of them) and would shoot here again in a second.

Carly and Justin were truly excellent hosts who were always a text away with answers to any of our questions before the shoot. I really appreciated how clear they were with the rules for the house, and they took the time to do a walkthrough with my team before we started shooting. The photos here perfectly capture the home as you'll find it, and they clearly take great care to keep the space immaculate. On top of that, they're also a lovely couple who were a pleasure to chat with! I will definitely keep them in mind for future shoots.

Location Rules
- Adult filming
- Smoking
- A site-manager will be on-site (but out of sight) during the booking for assistance if needed.
- All eating/drinking only permitted in kitchen or at dining room table or outside, unless part of shoot.
- Any equipment must be placed on a mat on these surfaces to protect from scratches, stains and chipping.
- Any headcounts over 20, will be on a case by case basis as far as rate and acceptance.
- Either remove your shoes in the entryway or use the booties provided
- For lighting or equipment that needs to stand on the floor, please use tennis balls for the stand legs or layout boards
