About the Space

We are a brand new crossfit style gym in Woodland Hills. The space features brand new equipment and rubber flooring as well as a 60' long indoor tuft. There is also a small lounge with merchandise area and a commercial fridge. As of now our logos have not been put up so there is no branding on the walls. The gym is over 7000 sqft and includes rowers, bikes, free weights, squat racks and a large rig with pull up bars, rings, additional squat racks and climbing ropes. In addition to the gym we have 2 large private rooms that could be used as classroom space or perfect for your crew to live in. There is another 6000 sqft of un occupied office space available to you as well. In addition there are 2 included outdoor patios as well. One is off of the gym space and the second is off one of the offices. The building is free standing with plenty of parking and close to 2 major malls with plenty of food options close by.
