A large, beige offset umbrella provides overhead shade during the day. This area is perfect for staging intimate conversations, relaxed cocktail hours, or upscale outdoor lounge scenes. Bathroom Access: The only bathroom is located inside the house, accessible from the back deck area. Host use of the downstairs area will be significantly impacted by crew needing to use this bathroom. This should be carefully coordinated and considered for productions where multiple crew members will need frequent access.
