Bright and versatile artistic classroom/creative studio and office setting with cozy/colorful lounge area. Feel free to re-arrange furniture as you see fit and (with prior arrangement) use our fun array of art supplies for your scene, backdrop or meeting! We have a mini-kitchen that contains a small fridge, microwave and sink. A modern and uniquely designed small, single bathroom. Plus a small back room with a bright window that could be used for storage, prep or changing area. Unit is located in a small and attractive plaza, surrounded by a shared parking lot in front and back. We can't wait to have you in our space!
