Beautifully renovated 6,200ft2 converted warehouse at the nexus of BedStuy and Clinton Hill in Brooklyn, NY. Lovingly restored and perfectly updated, this space has a ground level entrance where visitors are greeted by a reception desk and stunning waiting area. The lower level features a spacious furnished conference room, galley kitchen and four powder room bathrooms. Currently configured as an office there are a number of desks with computer set ups, a sunken common meeting area and a private outdoor space (500ft2). The stunning open staircase highlights the spaces immense ceiling height (15ft) and exposed brick and beams as you head to the second floor. This level offers three conference rooms, two additional bathrooms, chairs and tables for dining or meeting and a sitting area with library and couches. There is also a fully functional kitchen. The third level offers a bright bulkhead area for private phone calls, smaller meetings or photo shoots. The space is flexible and expansive and offers endless configurations for photo shoots, events, gatherings, meetings!
