Guest access The primary bedroom is locked and belongs to the owner. There is also an bedroom on the ground floor that is locked. Guest are not allow to enter either of these rooms or any locked rooms/cabinets in the house. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Guests will be charged in full for any damages or for any violations of the house rules below. 1. Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. Early check-in, If available, will incur a $100 per hour fee only if requested and approved at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. Late checkout may be available but only if requested and approved at the beginning of a guest's stay. Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $150 USD per hour. If a guest’s unauthorized late checkout results in the cancellation or rescheduling of house cleaners; repair or maintenance workers; or cancellation of future guests reservation an additional penalty, fees, and associated costs will be assessed. 2. Strict quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm to 8:00 am. Though guests should refrain from unnecessary or excessive noise at any time of day or night, any such noise is prohibited during these hours in respect of our community. Violation of quiet time or noise complaints from neighbors will result in immediate termination of your stay. In the event of early termination due to violation of House Rules your reservation will be non refundable. In the event private security and/or police are called out due to noise complaints, Guests are liable for any associated costs for private security and/or police enforcement. 3. Guests must be 18 years or older to book this property. 4. Smoking, use of illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 USD fine plus $300 USD cost to deep clean, deodorize, and repair damages. If you must smoke, do so outside but do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or leave any signs of them on our property -- you will be subject to the above $300 USD extra cleaning fee for cigarette butts found on property premises. 5. Parking in the garage/driveway or street parking only. Vehicle owners advised to read street parking signs. If any vehicle is parked in a common area; common driveway; or blocking any neighbors garage, the vehicle will be towed at owners expense and guests will be liable for any associated costs. Host is not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations. 6. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
